Add Projects-Feature

It would be very helpful if offers and invoices could be organized into projects.
This way, all documents belonging to the same project (e.g., multiple offers, partial invoices, and the final invoice) could be grouped together for better structure and easier access.
This would improve clarity, especially when working with recurring clients or multiple ongoing projects.
